who you are buying from

These terms are between you and NEXARLABS LTD, trading as Nexar Labs (“we”, “us”). The books are written by Ahmed Mansy, who runs the company, so in places he says “I”.

what you are buying

Digital products, delivered as files. Nothing is posted.

• The $0 Hosting Playbook (vol. 1): a 67-page PDF, $29.
• Deploy Your App with AI (vol. 2): a 85-page PDF, plus the starter kit (zip), $39.
• The $0 AI API Playbook (vol. 3): a 59-page PDF, $29.
• All three books: the three PDFs (211 pages) and the starter kit, $60.

Prices are in US dollars and include any sales tax or VAT. Checkout may show the price converted to your own currency; the amount you pay is the one checkout shows you before you confirm.

The books describe AWS, NVIDIA and other services as they were when I checked them, in September 2026. Those services change. When they change their screens or rules, updates to the edition you bought are free.

how payment works

Payments are processed through Stripe Managed Payments. With it, Stripe's reseller partner (the checkout page names it; at the time of writing, Onelink) acts as the reseller and merchant of record: it sells the order to you, collects the payment and handles the sales tax or VAT for your country. That's why:

• checkout says the order is “sold through” the reseller;
• your card or bank statement shows the reseller's name with the order, not ours;
• your receipt comes from the reseller, by email.

The reseller's terms also apply to the payment; they are linked on the checkout page. How Stripe and the reseller handle your payment details is in Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy. Your card details never reach this website.

Buying for a company? Checkout can't take a VAT number, so we can't promise a VAT invoice in your company's name. You'll get Link's receipt by email.

delivery and downloads

As soon as the payment is confirmed, the page you land on shows your download links, and the same links are emailed to you.

• Each link works for 30 days.
• Each order can be downloaded up to 60 times in total, across all its files.
• Lost them? Ask for fresh links any time at unfundedbuilder.com/links, or email me.

Please keep your own copy of the files once you've downloaded them.

your licence

The books and the kit are copyright NEXARLABS LTD. When you buy, you get a personal licence: one person may read, print for themselves and keep copies on their own devices.

• You may use, copy and adapt the prompts and the code from the books and the starter kit in your own projects, including commercial ones. No credit needed.
• You may not resell, share, upload or pass on the files or your download links, or republish the books or the kit (or large parts of them) as your own product.
• If other people at your company want to read them, each person needs their own copy.

refunds and cancelling

If the books aren't for you, email ahmed@nexarlabs.co.uk within 14 days of buying and you'll get a full refund. No forms, and you don't have to give a reason.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you'd normally have 14 days to cancel, but for digital content that right ends once the download starts, if you agreed to get the files straight away. Our 14-day refund is a voluntary promise on top of your legal rights, so it applies even after you've downloaded. The details are on the refunds page.

no promise of credits

The books show how I applied for AWS Activate and NVIDIA Inception and what I prepared. Whether you get credits, how many and for how long is decided by AWS and NVIDIA, not by us. Credits aren't guaranteed. Programs, amounts and rules can change or end. Credits aren't cash, they expire, and they only pay for what the provider says they cover.

The books are practical guides, not legal, tax or financial advice.

independent guides

These are independent guides. We're not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Amazon Web Services, NVIDIA or Anthropic, or any other company the books mention. Their names and trademarks belong to them. Nexar Labs is a member of NVIDIA Inception, the program vol. 1 walks you through; that doesn't make these books NVIDIA's.

the starter kit and your accounts

The starter kit and the code in the books are starting points written from the official documentation, not a finished product. Read them, replace the placeholders and test with fake data before real data depends on them.

You stay in charge of your own cloud accounts: what you approve, what runs there and what it costs. The books show how to set budgets and alerts, but a budget is an alert, not a brake. Charges from AWS or any other provider are between you and that provider.

our responsibility to you

if you're buying as a consumer

If the files we supply are faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: we'll fix or replace them, and if we can't, you're entitled to some or all of your money back. If faulty digital content we supply damages your device or other digital content, and that's because we didn't take reasonable care, we'll repair the damage or pay compensation.

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not taking reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost profit, revenue or opportunity.

if you're buying for a business

We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue, data or opportunity. Our total liability for an order is limited to the price paid for it.

for everyone

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the way we take payment changes. The version on this page when you placed your order is the one that applies to it.

the law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. If you live elsewhere as a consumer, you keep any protections the law of your country gives you that can't be taken away by agreement.
