When I applied to NVIDIA Inception, my product didn't work yet. I had a landing page and an early demo. That was enough to apply. Today I run 4 apps on AWS, about $250 of cloud a month, and startup credits pay all of it.

I wrote these books for builders stacking “free” tools, or scared of a cloud bill. You don't have to be either.

how I got here.
in order.

At $250 a month, two years of all four apps is $250 × 24 = $6,000. The $9,000 covers that, with room to spare.

I'm Ahmed Mansy. I founded Nexar Labs (NEXARLABS LTD), a UK company, and it's a member of NVIDIA Inception. My day job is full-stack engineer and global team tech manager at Grinda AI. For clients, I've built projects of $60k–$100k+, from the architecture to AWS production.

Four of my own apps run on AWS. Together they use about $250 of AWS a month, not per app, and some are real production apps with backups and heavy work. I pay $0 of it in cash, because startup credits pay the bill.

I use Claude Code with AWS, and the rule is simple: Claude types, a human approves. And I call AI models through Amazon Bedrock, so AWS sends the bill and the same credits pay it.

I wrote these books for builders stacking “free” tools, or scared of a cloud bill. They're the books I wish someone had given me before I started: free tools are free until your app starts to matter. Then they're $25 here, $20 there, per project, per seat.

Approval. AWS and NVIDIA decide, not me. My story shows it's possible. It doesn't promise it'll happen for you. I used AI to help research and edit the books; the route, the numbers and the opinions are mine.
