how to ask

Email ahmed@nexarlabs.co.uk within 14 days of your purchase. Send it from the address you bought with, or include your receipt, so I can find the order. You don't have to explain, though if you tell me what didn't work for you, I read every reply.

what happens next

• I refund the full amount you paid.
• The refund goes back through Link and Stripe to the card or account you paid with. Banks usually take 5–10 working days to show it.
• The download links for that order are switched off. Please delete the copies you downloaded.

asking the reseller instead

Payments go through Stripe Managed Payments, where Stripe's reseller partner (named on the checkout page) is the merchant of record. Your receipt comes from them and includes a way to contact them, so you can ask them for a refund too. Either route works; emailing me is usually the fastest.

your legal rights

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content like these PDFs, that right ends once the download starts, if you agreed to get the files straight away and accepted that you'd lose the right to cancel.

The 14-day refund is offered anyway. It's a voluntary guarantee from NEXARLABS LTD, on top of your statutory rights, and it applies even after you've downloaded.

a broken or wrong file

If a file won't open, has missing pages or isn't what you ordered, email me at any time, not only within 14 days. I'll send a working file, and if I can't fix it you'll get your money back. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty digital content always apply.

keeping it fair

The refund is there so nobody pays for a book that wasn't for them. If the same person keeps buying and refunding, I may stop selling to them. That has nothing to do with your legal rights, which stay the same.
